Requirements
The ideal candidate should be able to
* Operate the machine while following the packaging plan to deliver planned volume to the ware house * Do quality at source, deliver against the IQMS target and ensure tight process control is adhered to. * Keep detergent, additives usage and glass loss in control * Comply with the recommended safe work procedure and Maintain a safe healthy working environment * Carry out cleaning of the machine in good time to avoid loss of production * Carry out autonomous ,preventative and break down maintenance on all line equipment * Apply the manufacturing way principles and practices * Contribute to team problem solving and decision making * Accord customer care and service in line with company values. * High integrity and attention to detail * High energy, balanced personality self discipline and drive, conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal orientation and a strong output bias. * Proactive mindset, self driven, self starter and with initiative; ability to communicate (verbal and written), * Go getter attitude Personnel specifications
* Preferably Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering * Minimum Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering * 3years working experience preferably in Foods and Beverages Industry * Must be hardworking * Honest and self motivated * Be disciplined and dynamic Team Player * Self motivated and should be able to work in shifts. * Be able to communicate effectively The Company will offer a competitive remuneration package to the successful candidates.
