FHTO LATEST JOB VACANCIES IN UGANDA: RECRUITMENT FOR SALES MAN

FHTO ltd is a Manpower supply company here in Uganda that is looking for A sales man and an Assistant sales man to be deployed in Saudi arabia..
Male, 25-40 years with at least 2 years experience in the same capacity gained from Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies. Applicants must possess valid driving license and must have experience in driving 6 wheeler vans.
Responsibilities
To accompany the route salesman on the van and in each customer sales call to provide support by performing effective fridge/ stock management, product delivery, merchandising & crate management
1. Efficiently displaying Fresh, Foods, Juice and UHT products in the market place to Almarai Merchandising Standard.
2. Maintaining product quality and freshness by adhering to Correct Product Handling, Cold Chain Management, and Date Code Policy.
3. Implementing 1 door, 2 doors and Open Fridge Planogram in the market place by thoroughly understanding & following the regional guidelines.
4. Rotating products by placing first sold in the front and last sold in the back of the display (FIFO).
5. Checking all dates to pull out products outside the date code policy and damaged one’s.
6. Checking back room stores to replenish the shelves and displays.
7. Ensuring the optimum use of merchandising materials and equipments allocated to him.
8. Placing new and relevant point of sale material in the right place beside the product.
9. Removing old and outdated P.O.S. material from customer locations.
10. Ensuring to stock all shelves and displays with enough quantity of products at all times.
11. Providing Almarai customers, consumers with the best standard of customer service by identifying their needs and practicing activities that satisfy their needs.
12. Maintaining neat and orderly assigned storage, display areas within the trade by removing all used crates, packages, empty trays and spillage of leaking products.
13. Establishing & maintaining cordial and professional relationships with colleagues and trade staff.
14. Cleaning of inside, outside Fridges and ensuring clean surrounding area.
15. Ensuring that the Fridge, product temperature is always 3 ÂșC Degrees Centigrade.
16. Identifying and raising request of Almarai Fridge for potential shops.
17. Identifying business opportunities in his designated shops and assisting the salesman and supervisor to improve and develop the business.
18. Placing Almarai Fridge in 1st inflow position.
19. Ensuring Almarai Fridges displays are of only Almarai Products.
20. Filling and re-filling of Almarai Vending Machines with required stock at the required time.
21. Communicating with customers and consumer’s needs to sales supervisor and manager.
22. Reviewing his daily merchandising activities with his sales supervisor by actively participating in the daily de-briefing sessions.
23. Initiating new creative ideas that improve merchandising performance.
24. Assisting salesmen in delivering products to the stores as required.
25. Projecting a positive company image by maintaining high standards of sales ethics and monitoring his performance while in the market and company premises.
26. Practicing safe driving by following the rules of the road and the company safely practices and policies.(only applicable if the necessary documentation is completed).
27. Ensuring that skills and attributes are constantly developed by requesting for timely and relevant training.
