Responsibilities
• Ensure high standards of customer care for our passengers throughout the airport
• Work at Check- in counters and boarding gates to ensure that all passengers are properly checked in and boarded on time
• Ensure transit passengers and their baggage are assisted between flights
• Ensure relevant information and advice is. passed on to passengers

• Must have a minimum of a Diploma or its equivalent
• Computer literate, preferably with check-in or reception experience
• Preferably at least 2 years in ground handling operations
• Familiar with IATA Ground handling regulations
• Good communication, customer care skills and a team player
