The Candidate : Someone who will be passionate about the business and have experience in business development. He will be running the daily operations and reporting to a board therefore must have a hands on way of managing the firm, must be visionary, and big picture/ strategic thinker.
He must have a good network in the industry, and have financial background.
He is going to be the face of the company.
Must be able to build good relationships in order to retain customers
