General Manager
With reference to the group CEO and the BoD, you will be responsible for the overall co-ordination and development of the Uganda operation. With your strong interpersonal skills you are an expert at team-building and acting as a mentor for the next generation of managers who will play a role in the organization's future. You have degree from a reputable organisation (e.g. MBA) and a proven track record of managing international organisation either developmental or commercial totalling to at least 10 years of work experience ideally in an Ugandan or East African context.
