Reports to: Managing Director
Job Purpose:
To plan, organize, direct & control the technical operational functions, in relation to the overall company objectives, goals and revenue targets
Main Responsibilities::
• Develop a plan for all operational activities in terms of manpower at the sites.
• Develop an operations policy manual and ensure its implementation and maintenance
• Carryout site evaluations and prepare site plans for approval where necessary
• Liaise with the Finance and Administration Manager to source and negotiate purchases of operational related requirements
Qualifications:
• Degree in Civil Engineering, construction Management, Building Economics or any related estate management field
Experience:
At least 5 years’ working experience in a competitive Business Management environment at a senior level, three (3) of which must be in a Real Estate or property management industry
Skills and Knowledge:
• Excellent knowledge of the operational processes
• Excellent computer skills
• Good customer service values 7 Skills
• Good business acumen 7 negotiation skills
