Seeking a Compliance manager to oversee all aspects of regulatory affairs related to the bank legislation and assume permanent role as senior compliance officer responsibilities for compliance issues around the bank. He/she will be involved with risk assessments, rule impact analysis, testing controls, compliance policies (Business Conduct Rules) and training. The compliance manager would be responsible to assist in various projects including testing controls to assess compliance with regulations and ultimately assume new Compliance Officer role mandated by the bank of Uganda.
Requirements: Qualifications and Experience: A University degree with at least 5 years progressive experience in risk and compliance management in financial services preferably in a banking environment or with a regulator.
