Vacancy: Financial Department Secretary

Job Description (Duties): Primary Function: * Responsible for the daily running of planning and finance
department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide secretarial support to planning and finance department * Arrange meetings for the department * Prepare letters, memos and office documents. * Work systematically on filing, typing, copying, printing, faxing and mailing. * Arrange business travels for the department personnel. * Provide logistics help for visitors and expatriate families where necessary. * Other duties that could be assigned by leaders. Necessary Qualifications:
* A business degree majoring in finance management or any related field. * At least 3 years working experience in a related field. * Extensive knowledge of international laws on economics, commerce, finance, accounting, taxation and insurance. * Knowledge of Oil Exploration & Production. * Should be flexible, organized and have planning and communication skills. * Should have excellent analyzing and problem-solving ability. * Good command of both written and spoken English. * Should be a team player. * Highly motivated and achievement oriented.
