The Key Farmer Trainer participates in supporting farmers in implementing Sustainable Organic Agriculture principles and practices, as well as maintaining demonstration grounds and gardens.
Duty station: Kulika Uganda Centre at Lutisi (1post); Echuya Centre at Kabale (1 post); St Francis Mutorere hospital (2 posts); Bwindi community hospital (2 posts); Jinja Show Ground (1 post)
Starting date: Immediate after interview
Reporting level: Community Development Coordinator or Centre Manager or Tutor II
Contract period: 1 year (renewable according to performance)
Remuneration: Competitive package (KU/i )
Eligible candidates should have the following minimum qualifications and experience:-
i)Certificate in Sustainable Organic Agriculture
ii)At least 1 year’s working in a relevant field
